An original creative concept, developed in-house, guided guests through a cinematic journey of past, present, and future.

It began at Easter Elchies House with a bespoke projection-mapping narrative featuring a commissioned poem by Liz Lochhead that brought the brand's heritage to life. Guests then entered an immersive dining world through a concealed "hobbit hole," arriving beneath a custom night sky built around handmade oak trees. A six-course menu created with the Roca Brothers was paired with The Macallan whiskies for a fully sensory, story-led feast.

A live performance by Nicola Benedetti marked the emotional turn toward the future, told through large-scale abstract projection and a specially composed score. As the story closed, a "lantern lady" led guests out of the House and down the illuminated estate path, a live cinematic bridge drawing them, physically and emotionally, toward the distillery.

In a remote and technically demanding setting, we built a fully self-sufficient production: 450 guests, 190+ crew, large-scale power, lighting, generators, and temporary facilities. The launch drove significant global media impact and an estimated £40M ROI, a landmark moment for the brand.

We were appointed to deliver a New Partners Dinner for 550+ senior guests at the De Vere Beaumont Estate, stepping in at the last minute to rescue the event and take full control of delivery.

The brief: transform a completely undeveloped grass site, with no existing power, infrastructure, or build framework, into an elegant, fully operational dining environment. We established a CDM-compliant site from scratch and brought structure and delivery certainty to a highly pressurised project, leading event management, logistics, production, technical delivery, and catering in close, intensive partnership with every stakeholder.

The creative direction centred on bringing the outside in: a large-scale marquee transformed by sculptural tree installations into an immersive natural landscape within a refined dining setting. Behind it sat a complete temporary infrastructure build full power distribution, technical production, and site coordination, all engineered within a tightly compressed programme. We also designed and ran catering end to end, including fully operational temporary kitchens built on site, ensuring seamless flow between service, production, and guest experience.

The result was a polished, atmospheric partner dinner delivered flawlessly under challenging conditions — infrastructure, logistics, catering, and creative design integrated into one seamless experience at scale.

We delivered BoutiqueFest, the biannual flagship conference for Spring Capital Partners Ltd, hosted at the Honourable Artillery Company for 250 guests.

Appointed as lead agency, we provided full end-to-end delivery across production, AV, and event management — transforming the venue into a vibrant, festival-inspired environment aligned with the BoutiqueFest brand. A bold tropical concept came to life through immersive floristry, large-scale planting, and curated lounge furniture, with cohesive branding across every guest touchpoint.

We led set and staging from concept to reality, creating a central focal point for the conference, alongside four bespoke international partner exhibition stands integrated seamlessly into the environment. Working in close partnership with the client through weekly meetings and site visits, we managed every element — venue, catering, health & safety, and live show execution — to deliver a high-impact experience from planning through to the live day.

We were appointed by Public School as Executive Production Partner to deliver Canva’s Creative Cabana at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2026.

Working closely with both Public School and the Canva client team, we translated the creative vision into a fully realised live experience, leading executive production, technical delivery and onsite operations.

Our involvement began months before construction, managing the technical dossier, authority approvals, venue coordination and production planning required to build on the beach.

We led event and venue management, technical production, infrastructure, ground planning, logistics and live operations, coordinating multiple suppliers, contractors and specialist crews throughout the project.

We also managed venue and supplier negotiations, procurement and budget management, identifying significant cost efficiencies while protecting the creative vision and production quality.

The result was “Colourful Canva” a vibrant destination on the Croisette that attracted thousands of visitors throughout Cannes Lions and became one of the festival’s standout brand activations.
